Our 30-Day Promise: Love it within 30 days or it's on us. If a Biliv Naturals product isn't right for you — even if the bottle is opened — we'll refund you or send a replacement. No long forms, no return-shipping hassle for opened products.

How to request a refund: Email info@bilivnaturals.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work. We'll respond within one business day.

Refund timing:Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement right away at no cost.
