Where are your products made?

Our herbs are grown in India and crafted in organic, GMP-certified facilities there — the birthplace of Ayurveda. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is the quality standard for supplements sold in the US.

What's actually in each capsule?

One herb, a vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), and purified water. No fillers, no proprietary blends, no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Every product is vegan and non-GMO, and free from wheat, soy, dairy, and egg.

How strong are the doses?

Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure herb powder. The suggested serving of 2 capsules delivers 1000 mg. Each bottle holds 120 capsules — a full 2-month supply.

Usage & Safety

How do I take them?

Take 2 capsules per day with food or water. Do not take on an empty stomach. Herbs work best as a consistent daily ritual — most people take them with breakfast or dinner.

Can I take more than one Biliv Naturals herb together?

Many of our customers do — for example, Ashwagandha with Brahmi. As with any supplement routine, check with your healthcare provider about what's right for you.

Who should check with a doctor first?

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use. Our products are intended for adults 18+.

When will I notice a difference?

Everyone is different. Traditional herbs are gentle and work best with consistent daily use over weeks, not hours. That's why every bottle is a 2-month supply.

Free standard US shipping on orders of $35 or more. Below that, standard shipping is $8. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US.

What's your return policy?
