What's actually in each capsule?
One herb, a vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), and purified water. No fillers, no proprietary blends, no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Every product is vegan and non-GMO, and free from wheat, soy, dairy, and egg.
How strong are the doses?
Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure herb powder. The suggested serving of 2 capsules delivers 1000 mg. Each bottle holds 120 capsules — a full 2-month supply.

How do I take them?
Take 2 capsules per day with food or water. Do not take on an empty stomach. Herbs work best as a consistent daily ritual — most people take them with breakfast or dinner.
Can I take more than one Biliv Naturals herb together?
Many customers choose to combine single herbs as part of a daily routine, such as Ashwagandha with Brahmi. As with any supplement routine, check with your healthcare provider about what's right for you.

When will I notice a difference?
